MILFORD is celebrating the completion of their new Ambulance facility located at 66 Elm St Milford, NH
For years, the ambulance service was operating out of the basement of town hall. The new $2.2 million building started in April after voters approved the plan to move the ambulance service out of the town hall basement and into their own building.
The building includes a 32-seat community room that will serve as both a place for public meetings and for training space for ambulance service staff. There is a crew room with a kitchen and dorm rooms that can accommodate up to 12 people which can come in handy when there’s an emergency situation that calls for the staff to be on site for long periods.
The new facility is protected by a security system utilizing RedCloud access control and IP Video Surveillance by Exacq. The security system was designed and installed by A2 Systems based out of Burlington Massachusetts.
